upgrade support

Hello,


Our company has been using Bugzilla for many years. We are now changing cloud providers and also want to upgrade our version of Bugzilla since it has been at least 10 years since we have done so. We are currently running Linux Bugzilla 3.2.0-6-686 and trying to move to Ubuntu Bugzilla 4.4. We are having an issue with mounting the database. Any help would be appreciated.
