support-list -- End-user/administrator support for Bugzilla
About support-list	English (USA)
This list is for end-user and administrator support with Bugzilla, the bug-tracking system from mozilla.org. This list is geared towards those tasked with installing and/or administering a Bugzilla server. If you need help using a specific Bugzilla installation, you should use the hosting organization's support resources. NOTE that you need to subscribe to the list before you can send email to it. Messages from non-subscribers will be DISCARDED - we can't bounce them because of reflection spam. This is a users-helping-users list, and replies to your message will also go to the list, so you will not see the replies if you aren't subscribed. On March 27, 2021, this list was renamed from "support-bugzilla@lists.mozilla.org". Archives of that list can be found at Google Groups. On January 10, 2006, this list was renamed from "mozilla-webtools@mozilla.org". Archives of that list can be found at Google Groups. Using support-list
To post a message to all the list members, send email to support-list@bugzilla.org. You can subscribe to the list, or change your existing subscription, in the sections below.
Subscribing to support-list
Subscribe to support-list by filling out the following form. You will be sent email requesting confirmation, to prevent others from gratuitously subscribing you. This is a hidden list, which means that the list of members is available only to the list administrator. Your email address:   Your name (optional):   You may enter a privacy password below. This provides only mild security, but should prevent others from messing with your subscription. Do not use a valuable password as it will occasionally be emailed back to you in cleartext. If you choose not to enter a password, one will be automatically generated for you, and it will be sent to you once you've confirmed your subscription. You can always request a mail-back of your password when you edit your personal options. Once a month, your password will be emailed to you as a reminder.
