Bugzilla not sending email alerts via Gmail

Office365 doesn't work:

You should install some local queue like Postfix and make that forward
mails to Office365. In Bugzilla "Sendmail" needs to be chosen
afterwards and that setup has the additional benefit of being faster
on changes to issues and a bit more failure tolerant.
