Webhook option in Bugzilla

Hi,
We're looking to synch Bugzilla Bugs with JIRA tool.

We've Bugzilla installed on-premises. Can you please tell me where is
webhook in 4.4.9 or 5.0.6, I am not able to find it in any of the versions.
