Webhook option in Bugzilla

That's a new feature in the upcoming Bugzilla 6, which hasn't been released yet.

If you're willing to try a developer version to get it, you can check it out via git from https://github.com/bugzilla/harmony

If you have data to upgrade from your existing Bugzilla, make sure to check the RELEASE_BLOCKERS.md file before upgrading to it as not all features are covered in the upgrade script yet.
