Bugzilla/DB/Oracle.pm line 751 issue with 5.2

This is actually a bug in Bugzilla...
I filed it here:

It's a one-line fix, just change the `use base` on line 751 to `use parent`.
It's also a regression of a bug that was previously fixed and someone
broke it again. :-(
This fix will be included in version 5.2.1, which is due to release
within the next week or so if all goes well.
