Don't see any option to Export/ Download tickets

They appear to have gotten changed to icons instead of text links?

The screenshot is from version 5.3.3 (which is the next version after 
5.1.2 and just came out a couple days ago)

Running `git pull` in your bugzilla directory should update to it (make 
sure you have backups, test it on a non-production copy first, etc).
