Don't see any option to Export/ Download tickets

Hi Team,

I'm using Version 5.1.2. I'm Admin and have full access. After Search I don't see any option to download tickets in csv, excel, pdf...Please suggest. This is urgent Please as I migrated 1 project to Bugzill but missed checking this feature in my POC.
