How to export the Long Format Bug report from Bugzilla

Run a query that matches everything, then hit the Long Format button at 
the bottom.

If you're just trying to ensure a backup before upgrading, you're 
probably better doing a mysqldump of the database instead. (and make 
sure you back up the current Bugzilla web app code as well, so you can 
revert back to it if anything goes wrong)
