Perl issue while upgrading Ubuntu 18.04

Hello Team,

Recently, we upgraded the OS from Ubuntu 18.04 to Ubuntu 20.04 on our Bugzilla server. After that, we are encountering the below error. Please help me to resolve this issue.

Please find the below server details :

Bugzilla version : 5.0.6
Mysql Version : mysql  Ver 14.14 Distrib 5.7.42 (Before upgrading to ubuntu 20.04)
               mysql  Ver 8.0.33-0ubuntu0.20.04.2 (After upgrading to ubuntu 20.04)
Perl Version : Perl 5.26.1 (Before upgrading to ubuntu 20.04)
             Perl 5.30.0 (After upgrading to ubuntu 20.04)
Webserver : Apache2
