Offline Installation of Bugzilla 5.0.6 on CentOS 7

We are trying to install Bugzilla and facing below issue while accessing on browser and using Bugzilla 5.0.6 and MariaDB 10.11.2

I would find a server running the same platform and OS that does have Internet access and installing it there, then copy the "lib" directory created during the installation to the internal machine.
