Need Help

HI,
Thank you very much for the information. I resolved this Issue. But I faced with another one  right now.

I installed Bugzilla 5.0.6 on Redhat 8. I am using mysql 5.37
After I installed it I am not able to open Bugzilla page. I have the following error:

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access this resource.Server unable to read htaccess file, denying access to be safe

The error -html log shows the following:
/var/www/html/bugzilla/.htaccess pcfg_openfile: unable to check htaccess file, ensure it is readable and that '/var/www/html/bugzilla/' is executable

MY permissions are: 
drwxr-x---. 16 root apache 4096 Feb 12 14:56 bugzilla
-rwxrwxr-x.  1 root apache  1307 Apr 17  2019 .htaccess

Maybe you know how to resolve this Issue. I would really appreciate that.

A common mistake is to keep the contents of the "lib" directory of the old Bugzilla installation. So make sure to empty that directory, install all necessary Perl packages again, preferrably using the package manager of your OS, NOT install-module.pl. The latter doesn't handle OS-dependencies properly and should only be used if the package manager doesn't provide what's needed.
