This is a known issue: Starting with MySQL 8 the term "groups" is a
keyword and needs to be quoted, which is Bugzilla is not doing
currently. You need to use an older MySQL or MariaDB/PostgreSQL
instead. There has been some work to quote those terms, but I'm not
sure in which branch which state is available. Better use a released
Bugzilla with a compatible DB-engine.
