Yes, it's incomplete. There's a bug in 5.2 where it doesn't create the data directory when it's supposed to. The workaround is to manually create a directory called `data` in the same directory with `checksetup.pl` and then run checksetup.pl again. It should be fixed in the upcoming 5.2.1
