Error running checksetup.pl on new installation of bugzilla 5.2 on openSUSE Tumbleweed

After configuring apache and mysql and installing bugzilla 5.2 with all 
its dependencies from the repos, I follow the configuration guide, setup 
database and database user and run checksetup.pl
this returns a few red feedback:
DBD-Oracle
mod_headers
mod_rewrite
that should be OK??

But at the end
Error in tempfile() using template data/.tmp.XXXXXXX: Parent directory 
(data/) does not exist at Bugzilla/Util.pm line 125.

Is this an indication the bugzilla installation is incomplete??
