OK. That is totally reasonable.

In a previous email, I had mentioned breaking up the current file 
structure. I.e. instead of everything being in "html", there would be 
separate config, lib, etc. directories.

Any thoughts on that?

This is totally separate from changing the install process. I am simply 
wondering about changing the layout. As I said, there are some security 
reasons for removing some files from the "html" dir.
