Hello Julien.

Without having looked at it, I can tell you it'll be difficult to find
someone to review it since Bugzilla 2.22rc1 is current.  I had to learn
the hard way that I need to submit patches against the CVS tip rather
than a specific version.  This does two things.  1) It helps developers
compare code against current code.  2) It makes life a lot easier for
those who have the job of putting your patch into production.  If you'd
like to see new features implemented, your best bet is to work against
the latest code rather than a released stable version (in general).
