Fair enough. Why do you think that is? Do your eyes skip over it because
they are immediately moving on to the form controls, which is what you
care about?
When you realised you didn't know how to work those form fields, can you
remember where you looked for help? Did you look around for question
marks to click on? Or did you use Google? Or something else?

It used to be; we removed it when we rationalised the help. It seems
like that was a mistake.
One option would be to have the help always present, but instead of
mousing over form controls, have a little [?] icon beside each label,
which you click to get the help popup. That might be a bit more
discoverable.

OK...
There isn't really room to fit examples into the current boxes. So we
need to do one of:
- Make the boxes bigger
- Work out a different way of integrating help
- Hyperlink from the boxes to further documentation (e.g. the Guide)
