Key - "as much" - I agree. It's not a bad idea for someone to still be
a project manager over the overall UI, whether or not we need a
redesign. We all know that the UI is a significant part of Bugzilla and
probably deserves a lot of attention by itself. The challenge is to
prevent "design by committee" problems that could arise out of
over-managing projects.
