Modifying bugzilla emails auto sent

I am having a bit of a problem untangling where the emails that bugzilla
sends for issues created/modified are formatted. It looks like its in
processmail, but I don't quite understand the logic behind it.
Currently there is a summary list of the issue created,
Summary: PMC Role Change Request - PMC Admin Role cannot delete
an invoice or deactivate a vendor
I need to add another field to this summary email, and can't figure out
where this info is gathered to modify it to include an additional field from
Assistance please? (Oh we are using Bugzilla 2.18.X)
