Report whining

Dear all,

I am setting bugzilla from 2.20 branch. There is a need for me to 
produce a daily report.
I see that there is a event whining feature on it

Can this be configured to sent reports instead? or Is it possible to 
save a report query so the whining will do the report query instead?
Or does anyone have a report whine added already?

Please direct me to the appropriate forum if this post is not on the 
right one.
