I think that's a /notify type command. The bot probably could be 
modified to do that for certain types of questions.

I kinda like having the checkin messages and bug notifications (bzbot) 
as well as responses to bug ### type statements appear in the chat 
window. I can see some advantage (other than simply having bot in the 
name) to differentiate these messages.
