update to the default bugzilla css

I put that document on the web, and I'm quite happy to make an exception 
for Bugzilla :-) There's no problem with it looking like mozilla.org.

I do agree with the point about the bug, though. b.m.o. should have the 
bug icon, but we should ship with something a bit more generic. He's 
cute - let's keep him for ourselves ;-)
