update to the default bugzilla css

I like the look too -- quite a bit, actually.

Having said that, MHO is that it wouldn't necessarily be a good thing for
bmo to look different (especially *that* different) than a default Bugzilla
install, simply because bmo is what most people expect Bugzilla to look
like.

Dollars to doughnuts people would be making up their own css files so that
their site could look like bmo's ... which would then become a significant
Trademark hassle.
