update to the default bugzilla css

Interesting.  The fonts look larger to me with the new css.  This is an 
artifact of the sans-serif fonts I'm sure...  the OS X version of 
Firefox defaults to 16pt for sans-serif.

As much as I hate to throw a wet-blanket on things, he's right, and for 
legal reasons, not just "trying to keep our identity".

That said, I'd love to swipe that css file for bugzilla.mozilla.org :) 
(which would be a very appropriate place for it)

If it's at all possible to tweak that enough to get past the website 
markup licensing restrictions and still have it looking pretty, it'd 
still be a good thing to do. :)
