I didn't get that out of the previous messages.  We should be clear 
about saying "Bugzilla will release approximately every 6 months or so, 
with a feature freeze 5 months after release, and estimating 1 month for 
stabilization.

Saying we release every 6 months, and more importantly putting dates to 
it, implies that the clock does not get reset based on the release, but 
is of a fixed period.
