I never said that. I said that people should reply to the rationale part 
of the discussion and leave emotions out of it.

People, including me and you (and people in general, like you said), 
can't leave emotions out of the communication, and implicitely can't 
leave rudeness out of it either, at least not completely. I suggested 
that it's much more better to receive rationale feedback and some 
emotions, compared to no feedback at all. I also suggested that people 
should reply to the rational part and leave emotions out of it, 
especially when those have the potential to degenerate into a flame. I 
never said what you're trying to imply and put in my mouth.

I think we're on the same page here. The difference between us is that 
you're trying to slap people for something that you by yourself agreed 
that it's impossible to leave out (emotions that can explode in flames 
and rudeness), while I suggest to ignore the flame component of the 
emails and focus instead of things that matters.
