Bug in DBD::Pg that affects bugzilla with postgresql

	Hey Oleg, thanks for the information. Does that bug show up in all
previous version of DBD::Pg, or just 1.43? That is, if I told somebody
to use 1.41, would they be safe?

	Does it affect both Pg 7 and Pg 8?

	And also, do we know if a 1.44 will be coming out soon that has the fix
in it?
