As we say every time this is suggested, the problem with it is that you 
get one copy of every mail sent out - so if a change engenders five 
mails, you get five copies to foo at bar.com.

A better way in 2.16 is to hack processmail to push the address onto the 
@cc (I think) array at the appropriate moment.
