new bugzilla look and feel

	The nice thing about the Red Hat interface is:

	(1) It's pretty much all CSS.
	(2) The tabs at the top are cool.
	(3) It looks nice and professional. :-)

	The bad thing is:

	* It's based on 2.17.1.

	Of course, it will get an update to 2.18 as soon as 2.18 comes out.
However, I don't think it will take advantage of new 2.18 features.
(There's already a 2.18-beta version of the RH Bugzilla, up at some URL
or other...)
