Bug Activity Type

I think it would be good for us to have a "bug activity" type field on
the activity table.  Here are some examples:

Normal - Normal bug change.
Bulk - Change made to one or more bugs.
Rename - Change made by the administrator renaming a field value.
PopVote - Confirmation (status change) made by automatically popular
vote.
DepWake - When we have an ASLEEP (waiting for deps) status, this would
indicate an automatic waking (status change) on all deps fixed.
Unknown - Backward compatibility.

Firstly that might help people realise why something happened (ie how
did that guy without editbugs change the status? - it was PopVote).

Also, it might be useful for filtering, either in the UI or
notifications (server or client side).

It could also help us for debugging later - when we see a suspicious
change we can get a better idea where it can from.
