This sort of thing would really be best handled by making a set of RPM's 
that make Bugzilla installation automatic.  I'm working on such RPM's for 
Fedora currently actually.  :)  I'd like to get some changes pushed 
upstream to the Fedora httpd rpm, but I haven't even embarked on that 
journey yet.  I expect to release something after Christmas.
