I would agree that on my home Fedora Core 1 system, it was very difficult to
install because of the very large number of CPAN libraries that were
required and many didn't install properly 'out of the box.' Does that mean
that Bugzilla itself was difficult to install? No, but to get to the point
where installation could be done was very difficult.
