looking for a way to backup and/or remove a product from the

maybe i wasn't clear.... i don't want a simple backup-delete, what i want is
an export-import - function
with the possibility of additional delete after export...

i'm looking for a way to backup and/or remove all entries from the
bugs-database 
which are belonging to a given product. 
i'm not a sql-specialist, so i would be glad if there are any ready-to-run
scripts ;-))
