Query regarding integration of Bugzilla with Grafana

I just had a quick look at Grafana's source code, and their contact
point notifier for OpsGenie uses OpsGenie's API to post a ticket there.
Cloning the OpsGenie notifier module and fixing the URL and data
structure in the code to match what Bugzilla wants for a new bug
probably wouldn't be hard.
