Dear Admin,

Am facing the issue of "Undef Error-Cannot Determining Local Time Zone"
while trying to create an account with my mail id.

I have accessed the bugzilla server by downloading the 5.2 version from the
official website and creating image and container through docker.

Is this the right way to do it? if Yes please resolve this issue and if not
please give me another way of accessing the tool.
