Moving 200GB of attachments in the attach_data table to a directory

Hi All,

I am new to Bugzilla and was given a task to support an existing Bugzilla install. It has 200GB of attachments and all are stored in the attach_data table. Our DBA team does not want this much data in the database.
Can I move them to a directory on the web server? I did a little testing and stuck on how Bugzilla users the hash to store and find the attachment under /var/www/webapps/bugzilla/data/attachments/group.X directory.
Any documentation on this?

Thank you,
Eric
