email problem on comments

Did you upgrade Perl modules at the same time?

Bugzilla's code was broken from the beginning, but a bug in Email::MIME 
prior to 1.949 was accidentally making our code work. 1.949 fixed that 
bug, and exposed the error in our code.

The upcoming 5.2 release (which is mostly a point upgrade from 5.0.6 as 
far as feature set, other than adding more database support) should have 
a fix for it included. This fix is being included on all supported 
branches in the upcoming releases.
