error with login

It looks like your mail server is complaining that you don't have a 
valid email address for the sender of the email. That would be the 
'mailfrom' parameter in Administration > Parameters > Email.  Though if 
you're not able to log in because of it, you might need to edit the 
config file by hand. It'll be stored at data/params within your Bugzilla 
directory.
