AFAIK these kinds of automatics are not possible OOB. You might be
able to add some custom extension, but in my opinion you are simply
overthinking this.

Not possible again OOB and in my opinion difficult to get to work
correctly with the former behaviour.

No, you would need to find a customization again like doing it using
some provided API or not closing it and leave it open for automatic
whining by mail or stuff.

Before asking for pretty difficult use-cases like yours, you should
take a thorough look at Bugzilla if it serves your basics at all.
Dependencies between bugs and their status is only one aspect, others
are how active is the project, how widely used for your use-case, how
easy and flexible is it to manage issue content etc.
