whine multiple instances

Hi,

We're running one installation of Bugzilla, but with multiple instances on windows server.  We have some scheduled tasks running for whine.

Whines set up on the main instance seem to be sending ok, but any of the other instances don't appear to be working.

Is there some configuration that I need to do in order to get the other instances Whines running too?
