Thank you very much for your answer. Looks like this is resolved this Issue but I have another one happened now.

Reading ./localconfig...
Checking for            DBD-mysql (v4.001)    ok: found v4.050
Checking for                MySQL (v5.0.15)   ok: found v8.0.28

Removing existing compiled templates...
Precompiling templates...done.
Fixing file permissions...

You are missing dependencies or am using an incompatible version of mysql.pm. Did you use install-module.pl? If so, don't and empty the "lib" directory in Bugzilla instead, install all necessary modules using your package manage again and see what happens.
