Unable to get Bugzilla to see perl modules

Hello,

I am upgrading my RHE6 to RHE7 and reloading my current Bugzilla 5.0.1 but when I run ./checksetup I get the following output:

Checking for     Template-Toolkit (v2.24)     not found
Checking for         Email-Sender (v1.300011) not found
Checking for           Email-MIME (v1.904)    not found
Checking for                  URI (v1.55)     not found
Checking for       List-MoreUtils (v0.32)     not found
Checking for    Math-Random-ISAAC (v1.0.1)    not found
Checking for           File-Slurp (v9999.13)  not found
Checking for              JSON-XS (v2.01)     not found

Currently all of the required not found .pm files is located at /etc/bugzilla-5.0.1/Bugzilla/

So I am not sure why ./checksetup isn’t locating them. I did confirm that permissions are set to use apache as the owner and r/w/x permission level.
