Are you interested, and are the Bugzilla team interested, in making this
part of a more official Developer's Guide?

There has been opposition to a Developer's Guide being part of the
standard Bugzilla docs, but perhaps it could be its own repo of reST
files, and also built to ReadTheDocs?
