Action items from last Bugzilla meeting

Given that I, at least, have a tendency to forget my action items until
just before the _next_ meeting, I thought it was worth reposting them here:

Action items:
* everyone: review a bit of the new docs

* mcote: write API status doc (could perhaps base it on
  http://bugzilla-new-docs.readthedocs.org/en/latest/integrating/apis.html)

* justdave: look into moving bzr off MoCo infra

* someone: handle moving bugzilla.org emails

* anyone: schedule a triage party

* mcote: post to dev list about looking for an admin for landfill-ng
