Filing bugs on Landfill; upgrading Perl on Landfill

I'm sorry, but you've misparsed my statement. Let me try and be more clear:

On the instance of Bugzilla at bugzilla.mozilla.org, where we track
issues relating to the Bugzilla project and its websites, we do not have
a component for Landfill issues in the product called "Bugzilla". I
think we should.

If we are agreed that the bugzilla.org component takes Landfill issues,
then OK, there's no need for another.
