Should the assignee see the deadline independently of his privs?

	Hey, yeah, I've thought about this too. I think that what we should do 
is implement some generic controls for which groups can see which 
fields, and then split the deadline field out of the time-tracking 
fields. Some people are going to have hard requirements for who can and 
can't see the deadline field, but adding logic to make it always visible 
to just the assignee is going to be complex. Instead I think that we 
should make it part of the standard fields by default, but hide-able by 
some organizations if they want to do that.
