windows installer - eyeballs needed

thanks to everyone who replied with feedback :)

i've uploaded a new nsis setup to
http://landfill.bugzilla.org/win32installer/ which addresses the following
issues:

  - fixed mysql configuration when using a non-standard port
  - fixed scheduled tasks displaying the cmd window
  - scheduled tasks removed when uninstalled
  - scheduled tasks password field in setup no longer shows password
  - added blurb indicating we're setting mysql passwords, not requesting
them
