Hey James. Welcome! Don't worry; there were actually a few developers
of Bugzilla who didn't know Perl or who weren't very good with it when
they first started. Often just having a project is a good way to learn,
right? :-)
What do you mean by "use/test cases on how someone would make the
calls"? Are you interested in working on the WebService interface, somehow?
