Freeze Date Still June 15

	Hey folks. Just wanted to remind you all that the soft freeze date is
still June 15.

	Also, I'm pretty heavily in favor of calling the release Bugzilla 4.0,
given that we're going to have some pretty significant WebServices
improvements, and we already have some major UI improvements (which are
the biggest thing that users expect to see in major releases).
